INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

Our individual consultations are ideal for those seeking personalized support without committing to a full program. These one-on-one sessions are perfect for getting started.

The Initial Consultation includes a comprehensive review of your intake questionnaire, foundational nutrition education, and a customized nutrition plan tailored to your needs and goals. 60 min

The Follow-Up Consultation is a progress check-in designed to assess results, provide accountability, and adjust your plan as needed. 45 min 


NUTRITION ADD-ONS

Enhance your wellness journey with specialized add-ons designed to support and deepen your results. Choose a customized meal plan aligned with your nutrition protocol, or gain deeper insights with functional lab testing like the GI-MAP (for gut health) or DUTCH hormone testing (for hormonal balance and adrenal function). Lab testing add-ons include results and expert analysis applied directly to your personalized nutrition plan. Please speak with our nutritionist to book add-ons.

Customized Meal Plan

A personalized daily meal plan for one full week, designed to align with your protocol and support your specific wellness goals. Follow-Up Meal Plan | $50

GI-MAP Functional Testing

A comprehensive stool analysis that detects bacteria, parasites, fungi, viruses, and inflammation markers. This test helps eliminate guesswork by providing clear insight into your gut health, which is used to create a more targeted and effective nutrition plan. 

DUTCH Hormone Testing

$400

A complete hormone panel that analyzes stress hormones, sex hormones, melatonin, and cortisol rhythms. Ideal for clients dealing with energy, mood, or hormonal imbalances. 


YOGA ADD-ONS

Add a movement component with 3- or 6-month unlimited yoga passes at 30% off—available exclusively to nutrition clients. These optional services offer added momentum to help you feel your best—inside and out. Yoga add-ons are not available to purchase online. Please speak to our nutritionist to add yoga on to your nutrition package.

Please Note: GST not included in listed pricing. Follow-up consultations included in the Reset and Thrive Plans must be booked within the 3- or 6-month program period, respectively. Add-ons can only be purchased in conjunction with Nutrition services. All appointments are held in-studio, with the exception of the Discovery Call, which is available online. Once you purchase one of the nutrition plans, don't forget to book your initial session! After checkout, simply head to our booking page to schedule your consultation at a time that works best for you. Regular cancellation fees are as follows: late cancellations (within 24 hours) are subject to a $50 fee and no shows will be charged the full appointment amount. Cancellations must be made by calling the studio at (403) 276-9642 (McKenzie Towne) or 403-214-9642 (Britannia). By booking an appointment, you are opting in for text or email reminders.

Alexia is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with advanced training in Functional Nutrition and clinical lab testing. Her work is rooted in science, but guided by compassion—combining personalized protocols with a deep understanding of the complex, real-life challenges people face on their wellness journeys.


Specializing in women’s health, hormone balance, adrenal dysfunction, and digestive disorders, Alexia brings both professional expertise and lived experience to every consultation. Having navigated PCOS, IBS, eating disorders, and burnout herself, she offers more than just a textbook approach—she offers empathy, clarity, and results-driven care.


With a commitment to getting to the root of your symptoms—not just masking them—Alexia crafts individualized strategies that evolve with your body and your goals. Her integrative, functional approach empowers clients to take control of their health with confidence and long-term sustainability.

Alexia specializes in women’s health, including irregular & painful cycles, PCOS, estrogen dominance, menopause, fertility, adrenal dysfunction, and all of the gut health issues like IBS, SIBO, candida, etc. 


While she works with a wide variety of conditions, she does not work with clients who currently battle cancer, as well as paediatric care.


No.  Our approach is rooted in balance, not restriction. While we may recommend reducing or removing certain foods if they’re contributing to specific health issues, we prioritize moderation and flexibility. The goal is to create a sustainable plan that supports your health while still allowing you to enjoy the foods you love.


 We offer advanced functional lab testing to uncover underlying imbalances and help guide your personalized protocol. Two of the most commonly recommended tests are:


  • GI-MAP (Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus):
    This cutting-edge stool test analyzes your gut microbiome for pathogenic bacteria, parasites, yeast, and markers of gut inflammation, digestion, and immune function. It provides detailed insight into how your digestive system is functioning and whether issues like leaky gut, dysbiosis, parasites, candida or chronic infections that may be contributing to your symptoms.
     
  • DUTCH Test (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones):
    This non-invasive urine test offers a complete picture of your hormone health, including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and their metabolites. It reveals patterns of hormone imbalance, adrenal fatigue, or stress dysfunction that may be affecting your energy, mood, menstrual cycle, sleep, or metabolism.
