Our 200-Hour Teacher Training program is designed to make the deeper aspects of yoga accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities. This training is for you if:

The training will be held at our McKenzie Towne location in Calgary:
Fridays 4:00pm-9:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am-6:00pm
Sundays 8:00am-6:00pm

July 8-14 (week long intensive; 8:30am-4:00pm, daily)

Once application is approved a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold spot. Full payment is due 2 WEEKS prior to start date and is non-refundable.

Angie Lo has been teaching for almost 20 years and has a wide variety of trainings and experience. Her methods of teaching are controlled and powerful and she will be taking you through proper alignment of postures and creating sequences that move seamlessly from one pose to another.
Sara Gerow is both a yoga teacher and a registered massage therapist. With extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology she will be guiding you through the anatomy of a yogi as one of her most recent passions Katonah yoga.
Sara Glessing has her Level 4 certification in Critical Alignment Therapy. As a teacher of over 8 years she brings these elements and techniques into her everyday classes and will help to guide you in how to incorporate it into your future classes.

Janet specializes in teaching Kundalini yoga and with over 11 years of teaching experience and owning her own studio for the past 9 years she will be bringing both her and passion and experience in a 90 minute workshop that will inspire you in the uniqueness that is the Kundalini practice.
We have created this program so that every student can be successful in the training, regardless of age, ability level, or geographical location. In order to join this program, we ask that you have been practicing yoga consistently, and have a clear understanding of your own practice.
Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), which will allow you to teach yoga anywhere in the world.
