Amanda brings over a decade of experience in yoga and movement education. In the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, she guides trainees through asana foundations, proper alignment, and how to create intelligent, seamless transitions. Known for her fun and lighthearted energy, Amanda helps future teachers build confidence, clarity, and connection in their practice and teaching.
Kenny brings play, power, and precision to the mat. In the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, he teaches the “fun stuff” — including acro yoga, inversions, arm balances, and handstands. His approach is energetic and encouraging, helping trainees explore their edge while staying safe and grounded. With Kenny, expect to flip your perspective and find strength in unexpected places.

Upon completion of the program, you’ll be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), giving you the opportunity to teach yoga anywhere in the world.
