Fridays 4:00pm-9:00pm

Once application is approved a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold spot. Full payment is due 2 WEEKS prior to start date and is non-refundable.

Sara Gerow, E-RYT500, has been teaching yoga since 2014. Following her 500hr training in Thailand, she’s continually expanded her expertise with certifications in Vimana Vinyasa, Partner Yoga, Yin Yoga, and a 200hr Katonah Yoga. Also a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018, her deep knowledge of anatomy enriches her yoga teaching. As a
Sara Gerow, E-RYT500, has been teaching yoga since 2014. Paige, a proud Breathe 200hr YTT alumna (2016), has furthered her Hatha/Vinyasa training with Awakening Yoga and Power Yoga. Passionate about empowering others, she creates a space for students to explore, trust, and ignite their inner fire. We have created this program so that every student can be successful in the training, regardless of age, ability level, or geographical location. In order to join this program, we ask that you have been practicing yoga consistently, and have a clear understanding of your own practice.
Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), which will allow you to teach yoga anywhere in the world.
