Breathe Hot Yoga is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and the privacy of our members. It is our goal to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private, and is used only for the purposes as set forth herein. This Statement reflects our commitment to you. 

In general, we only gather information about our website visitors collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services and information users access the most. We only use such data anonymously and in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is of most interest to our visitors, and how we can continually create a better website for you. 

To register for a class, session, workshops or special events, or to make a purchase, redeem a gift certificate or coupon, you must first register with us. When filling out our registration form you are required to give your contact information (such as name, street address, phone number and email address). Your registration information becomes part of your personal account, which you can access by selecting the MyInfo tab at the top of our eCommerce site. We intend to provide basic updates and information about upcoming events at Breathe Hot Yoga via emails to registered students. All students will be provided the opportunity to opt out of this service.

Breathe Hot Yoga does not sell, has never sold, and does not intend to sell personal data about visitors or students to marketers.

Breathe Hot Yoga may collect, for internal use, statistical information about your membership in order that we may better serve you better. This may include such information as the distribution of our membership by location, referral type, age, etc.

This statistical information may also be used, in the aggregate, as Breathe Hot Yoga works to serve the mission of the organization. For example, we may wish to answer questions such as "What percentage of our students have been attending for more than one year?" and to collect demographical data.

In order to better serve our students and visitors, Breathe Hot Yoga also may survey our members and website visitors from time to time about their preferences and suggestions.

We do not disclose information about your individual visits to the Breathe Hot Yoga website or personal membership information that you provide but choose not to display, such as your contact information or professional information, except when we believe the law requires it. 

Breathe Hot Yoga allows you to change or correct your personal information at any time. To do so, simply log onto your Breathe Hot Yoga account and you will find options for editing the information you have submitted.  

When you place an order online, your personal details and credit card information are scrambled using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. Although we cannot absolutely guarantee encryption or the privacy of your personal details and credit card information, SSL makes it very difficult for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred.

Breathe Hot Yoga uses the services of leading Software companies such as MindBodyOnline (www.mindbodyonline.com) and Moneris Solutions (www.moneris.com) for web scheduling, registration, order processing and online payments.  If we decide to change our privacy commitment for Breathe Hot Yoga, we will post the changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
