This workshop combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic benefits of Acupuncture. Led by Ali Allen, RYT-200 and R. Ac., participants will delve into a 2-hour session exploring the synergy between Yin Yoga and Acupuncture.
Throughout the workshop, Ali will guide attendees through a rejuvenating Yin Yoga class, focusing on poses that specifically target the meridians that will be opened with Acupuncture. This approach facilitates the flow of energy throughout the body, enhancing the therapeutic effects of the practice. Following the yoga session, Ali will administer Acupuncture needles to support vital organs, augmenting the healing potential of the session.
Afterward, participants will indulge in a restorative period, allowing the body to assimilate the benefits of both Yin Yoga and Acupuncture. This restorative phase will culminate in a long savasana, with Acupuncture applied to the hands and feet, fostering deep relaxation and restoring equilibrium.
