These workshops are facilitated by a Registered Provisional Psychologist with over 16 years of experience as a Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator, integrating both clinical expertise and extensive mind-body practice.
Each session draws on evidence-based approaches from mindfulness, somatic (mind-body) interventions, and psychoeducation to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and overall psychological well-being.
Participants are guided through interventions aligned with established therapeutic modalities, nervous system regulation strategies, and self-compassion practices, all of which are supported in the literature for reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and burnout.
Workshops may be eligible for reimbursement under extended health or psychological services benefits in Alberta when provided by a recognized provider. Check with your provider. A receipt including the facilitator’s registration/identification number will be issued upon request for insurance submission.

In this guided meditative practice, continue to connect with intention setting as you go on a beautiful journey in this conscious state of deep rest. You'll leave feeling nourished, refreshed and recharged.
