In this special workshop, David Stark will guide you through gentle, intentional movements that sync with the breath, much like a slow-flow yoga practice. You’ll explore how Tai Chi encourages a deep sense of presence, grounding, and energy flow—helping to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
