Acro Yoga is a movement practice that combines the balance of yoga, fitness of acrobatics, and the healing potential of human connection. This workshop, led by Kenny Vermette, is for anyone who is wanting to try acro yoga for the first time, or those who are seeking to build a more solid foundation, all while making new friends or deepening your relationships!
In this fun and interactive Acro basic workshop we will learn the fundamentals of L-basing, flying and how to spot safely. We will explore the foundations of bird, throne, side bed, and whale and learn how to piece them together to create an "Acro Flow". Everyone Welcome! No partner required

Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective led by Dejuan Peart. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
In this workshop, you will learn unique wrist mobilization’s, "activations" or movements to bring conscious awareness to your body, form specific stretches to encourage a combination of flexibility and stability, travel forms known as animal locomotive movements, and fun switches/transitions from one pose to another.
The workshop will end with a predesigned sequence/flow, where movements are linked together to create a continuous series of motion. ALL LEVELS.

Have you always wanted to try this hot yoga thing but are too intimated to jump in with the general public? Totally understandable! We’ve all been there.
This 90-minute workshop, taught by Adam, is specifically designed for you!
In this workshop, you will explore:
✨How to use you breath to regulate your internal temperature in a hot yoga room, during practice.
✨Essential items to bring to a hot and sweaty class.
✨Before and after class, self-care; including diet, hydration, mental and physical awareness tips.
✨Studio etiquette.
✨The basics of sun salutations and foundational standing and seated postures, including variations to suite your needs.
Note: these postures (asanas) will be introduced slowly and progressively to ensure you learn them safely and correctly in a setting where everyone is at the same level.
*All workshops are non-refundable and credits will not be issued for missed workshops. A minimum number of registrants is required to run these events. If minimum number is not met, workshop will be cancelled and credit or refund will be issued.
