Inside Flow is a modern, dynamic yoga style and an evolution of vinyasa yoga. It blends the wisdom of yoga with the grace of dance to create a powerful and creative movement experience.

Each class is guided by one song and one central theme, with movement choreographed to the rhythm, lyrics, and emotional tone of the music. We flow seamlessly from one posture to the next, allowing movement and breath to become one.

This mindful repetition brings body and mind into the present moment, inviting a deep flow state. Practicing Inside Flow together is both fulfilling and heart-opening, fostering a strong sense of connection, community, and belonging as we move as one.

The best of both worlds. These prenatal classes will start off with flow, linking breath to postures, which will help you increase strength, stamina and flexibility. It will include pelvic floor exercises, as well as hip and chest opening movement. The class will then move into restorative postures (although not held as long as in a typical restorative), modified and designed to relieve lower back pain, ease tension, and allow your mind a rest from the anxieties you may be feeling in your pregnancy and in preparation for birth. Restorative yoga is the perfect way to help your body rest and regenerate.

Ready to get strong, play, and shift your perspective, literally? Join Lori Chinnery for a 6-week progressive yoga series designed to help you explore arm balances and inversions through curiosity, courage, and connection.

This isn’t about brute strength, it’s about cultivating the inner and outer stability that allows you to move with grace and confidence. You’ll learn to strengthen key areas of the body wrists, shoulders, core, and deep stabilizers while deepening your breath, focus, and trust in yourself.

Each week builds gradually, blending flow, technique, and mindful drills that prepare you for lift-off. 


  • Crow (Bakasana)
  • Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana)
  • Single-Leg Crow (Eka Pada Bakasana)
  • Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana)
  • Peacock (Mayurasana)

This program is a highly effective way of assessing and treating dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system by releasing and mobilizing the thoracic spine.

Aside from the many benefits of improved postural alignment, this system of yoga therapy is proven to effectively reduce chronic pain and repetitive strain injuries by utilizing specialized props, yoga related exercises, and breathing techniques.

When the spinal column is in good health, this makes it easier for the entire body to be in its best health as well. An affected spinal column can, and often does, impact many other areas of the body as well, even in seemingly unrelated ways.

Whether your pain is in your back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, pelvis, hips or legs, this consistent practice will help you move and function with greater freedom and ease creating a happier, healthier self.

Step into a 6-week journey of Kundalini Yoga—a practice designed to awaken your energy, bring clarity to your mind, and help you create a consistent rhythm that supports your daily life. Each class guides you straight into experience through kriyas, breathwork, mantra, and meditation—so you feel the transformation from the inside out.


To deepen your practice, sessions include a short 10–15 minute exploration of the theme or technique we’re focusing on, along with time for Q&A. This balance of practice and understanding helps you stay consistent week after week.


Known as the "yoga of awareness", Kundalini Yoga offers a powerful path to vitality, focus, and resilience. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced practitioner, this journey will meet you where you are—and guide you toward greater strength, steadiness, and connection.

This unique class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your infant. Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies. Learn baby yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Dads are welcome too! All levels.


Please note: This program is open to babies 6 weeks and over and not yet crawling. No previous Yoga experience necessary.

A playful and fun-filled yoga class for kids 6-9 years old. Each class explores a theme, builds strength, enhances their imagination, builds their self-esteem (as they become aware and gain control of their body and mind) and explores yoga through poses, breathing exercises, games and creative activities.


This class is scheduled while there is a hot yoga class so that parents can enjoy a yoga class at the same time.


A $28/class rate is available providing there is enough space in the class, but must be scheduled and paid for ahead of time. No last  minute drop-ins available.
