The best of both worlds. These prenatal classes will start off with flow, linking breath to postures, which will help you increase strength, stamina and flexibility. It will include pelvic floor exercises, as well as hip and chest opening movement. The class will then move into restorative postures (although not held as long as in a typical restorative), modified and designed to relieve lower back pain, ease tension, and allow your mind a rest from the anxieties you may be feeling in your pregnancy and in preparation for birth. Restorative yoga is the perfect way to help your body rest and regenerate.
A $28/class rate is available providing there is enough space in the class, but must be scheduled and paid for ahead of time. No last minute drop-ins available.

The best of both worlds. These prenatal classes begin with a gentle flow, linking breath to movement to help build strength, stamina, and flexibility throughout pregnancy. Classes include pelvic floor exercises, along with movements designed to open the hips and chest.
The practice then transitions into restorative postures (although not held as long as in a traditional restorative class), thoughtfully modified to help relieve lower back pain, ease tension, and provide a calming space to rest both body and mind as you prepare for birth. Restorative yoga is the perfect way to help your body rest, regenerate, and prepare for the journey ahead.
Our prenatal series also offers a supportive community for expecting mothers. During the first class of each session, there is a brief opportunity for participants who feel comfortable to introduce themselves and share how they're feeling, allowing the instructor to tailor the practice to the group's needs.
