This program is a highly effective way of assessing and treating dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system by releasing and mobilizing the thoracic spine.

Aside from the many benefits of improved postural alignment, this system of yoga therapy is proven to effectively reduce chronic back pain and repetitive strain injuries by utilizing specialized props, yoga related exercises, and breathing techniques.

When the spinal column is in good health, this makes it easier for the entire body to be in its best health as well. An affected spinal column can, and often does, impact many other areas of the body as well, even in seemingly unrelated ways.

Whether your pain is in your back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, pelvis, hips or legs, this consistent practice will help you move and function with greater freedom and ease creating a happier, healthier self.

Prenatal Restorative Yoga is a perfect way to help your body rest and regenerate. Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labour and delivery with a class designed to help you deepen your experience and enjoyment during pregnancy. Yoga helps pregnant women develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labour. Restorative yoga also allows your mind a rest from the anxieties you may be feeling during pregnancy and in preparation for birth. Soften into relaxation postures designed to relieve lower back pain, ease tension, and release stress. These classes are beneficial at any stage of your pregnancy.


A $28/class rate is available providing there is enough space in the class, but must be scheduled and paid for ahead of time. No last minute drop-ins available.

Prenatal Flow Yoga will be much like a regular flow class but modified for your safety. Classes will include pelvic floor exercises, as well as hip and chest opening poses, all the while emphasizing deep breathing. It will get your body ready physically, mentally and emotionally for the birth of your baby. Linking yoga postures with your breath will lead you to new discoveries and bring awareness to the connection of mind, body and spirit. This class will help you to increase strength and stamina, as well as flexibility, while helping to reduce fatigue and improve relaxation. These classes are beneficial at any stage of your pregnancy.

Mom & Baby Barre is a fun variation to our traditional Barre class and is the perfect way to connect with your body and your baby! Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from dance, pilates, weight/resistance training and yoga. This class will tone, define and chisel every muscle in your body, making it an ideal complement to your regular yoga practice. Your baby may be incorporated into the class by use of your favourite baby carrier, so please bring one just in case. 


Please note: This program is open to babies 6 weeks and over and not yet crawling. No previous Barre experience necessary.

*All registered programs are non-refundable and credits will not be issued for missed classes. A minimum number of registrants is required to run these programs. If program is cancelled due lack of registrations, a full refund will be provided.  In the event of a government-mandated shut down, no refunds will be provided and classes will either take place virtually or when the studio reopens. Late cancel fee of $20 applies if you sign up for registered program drop-in.
