THE YIN METHOD |FALL 2022 | Mckenzie

The Yin Method 20-Hour Training Program 

live. breathe. release.   


This 20 hour Yin Training is inspired by the style and teachings of Bernie Clark, Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley. Whether your intention is to teach, or grow your practice, this training has something for everyone. This course is a hands-on, deep dive into the practice and philosophy of Yin yoga. Students will be invited to learn myths, techniques, and foundations of yin yoga in a way that will allow them to share the practice with others.  You will leave confident in your ability to lead and put together an entire class.


Amanda Kelly has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and runs her yoga teacher trainings all over the world. Her passion is helping future teachers cultivate their own personal style of teaching.

*A 200 hour yoga certification is NOT required to attend. Training counts towards Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits and participants will be issued a certificate of completion.
