Power Yoga 20-hour Teacher Training

Ignite your inner flame with our Yoga Alliance Certified 20-hour training, centered on dynamic power yoga sequence. Guided by our Senior Teachers, Liana Ledgerwood & Shaima Ibrahim, deeply rooted in power yoga methodologies, this all-encompassing program will empower you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to master the art of teaching or enhance your practice in vinyasa flows.
Whether you are curious about the Power Yoga series, or want to be able to teach a power yoga class this training is for you!
Throughout the training, students will dive deep into the core principles of power yoga, gaining a profound understanding of its philosophy, sequencing, and teaching methodology. Here’s what students can expect to learn:
Power Yoga Sequencing:
Decode the significance of each section of the sequence, and master the art of seamlessly integrating asanas into your sequences.
Energetics & Philosophy: Explore concepts such as prana (life force energy) and chakras (energy centers).
Teaching Skills: Effective cueing, adjustments, and how to motivate and support students to reach an empowering practice.
Community: Connect with a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for power yoga and personal development.
*A 200 hour yoga certification is NOT required to attend. Training counts towards Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits and participants will be issued a certificate of completion.
