Dear Breathe Yogis,
We have missed you! We are beyond thrilled that after almost 4 months of being closed, we are finally ready to open our doors and create that sense of community with you once again.
Breathe takes the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously so we have been working hard to ensure we have the right plan in place to support a safe and successful re-opening.
Below is a reminder of our standards of health and safety, as well as pandemic procedures and policies.
It’s a lot of information, so know that we are here to help. Reach out to us at email@example.com any time and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Remember that these current protocols are not forever. As time goes on, and as we add more classes and loosen a few more restrictions we will keep you informed.
With love and gratitude,
The Breathe Team
Our schedule has changed, please be mindful of class start times. Preregistration is required on a first come, first serve basis. Sign up now!
You'll need to prepay in order to register for a spot. Purchase a class pass or a membership below.
View class updates here. We are still offering a range of different classes suitable for all practitioners.
Health screening for guests, teachers and team members is required. Only those who meet requirements and follow mandatory safety guidelines are permitted. If you show any signs of illness while present in the studio (for example, coughing) or you do not follow our safety protocols, we will ask you to leave.
Capacities have been reduced to give the required 3m space in between each mat. Markers identify where to place your mat.
Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic and constant change in government regulations, we will only be reopening scheduled classes (all three studios) for the time being, and will be working towards adding Registered Programs and Workshops once there is more stability. Note, we will continue to offer Private Classes (one-on-on or teacher and cohort - high/low intensity), all Wellness services, and Virtual Yoga. We are offering select low-intensity class styles for the time being, as part of the reopening to adhere to government guidelines.
We will be offering warm yoga only until the government restrictions are lifted, due the government mandated mask policy, throughout the studio. This is the only way we can reopen to offer yoga services at this time, however we encourage you to treat yourself to a private session, where you can have the choice and ability to attend a hot class. We promise to do our best so that you leave the studios feeling all the same benefits as you did before. On the bright side, reuniting with the community and yoga is better than no yoga at all!
High touch areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned using a hospital grade disinfectant that is known to kill viruses. Classroom floors and high touch areas like switches and handles will be disinfected after each class. Team members will wear gloves when cleaning. Doors will be locked between classes to clean and sanitize. In addition, we have a scheduled disinfectant routine using Victory Sprayers, as an extra safety precaution.
We will turn on the air exchange between classes to ensure we have the cleanest air possible for you.
Plexiglass barriers will be installed around the sign in station. We’re also providing gloves and face masks for team members. Teams have been provided with additional health, safety and personal hygiene training prior to working in the studio.
No props will be available and programming will be offered with this in mind.
Change room and showers are open. Water fountains and lockers remain closed. Please only bring the necessities with you when you come (mat, towel, filled water bottle, keys). You will be able to take your keys in to the studio with you but NO CELL PHONES. Tea service, mat and towel rentals, as well as lemongrass towels are temporarily discontinued.
Easy Pay memberships will be unsuspended on Sunday, March 07, 2021. If you notice on your account that your membership has expired and/or would like to book a class and it's not allowing you to , don't fret we are here to help! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it sorted out for you as soon as possible.
Please use the Self Assessment before you come to the studio.
Masks are mandatory throughout the building, due to Government regulations.
Take your belongings with you to the shower area so that you can dispose of your mask in your bag and DO NOT hang the masks on the hooks outside of the shower.
We will have disposable and reusable masks for purchase at the front desk if you need one.
As we are offering limited spots for booking, we now require guests to cancel reservations they cannot attend more than 4 hours before the start of class. If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be subject to a $20 fee.
If you sign up for a class and can't make it you have up to 4 hours before the class (8 hours for the 6am) to cancel without incurring a late payment fee.
If you don't show up to the class, you will receive a class deduction from your single, 5, 10 or 20 class pass. If you are on an Easy Pay or unlimited membership, you will be charged a $20 Late Cancellation Fee or you may end up with a negative balance* on your account and your online booking privileges will be restricted.
*We will now be tracking negative balances closely. If you are on an Easy Pay or unlimited membership and had a late cancel or no show and we were unable to charge your credit card on file, this charge will show as a negative balance on your account AND YOUR ONLINE BOOKING PRIVILEGES WILL BE RESTRICTED until you reconcile this charge in-studio with debit/credit card or via phone (with valid credit card).
You must preregister for class online. Booking opens 3 days prior and are first-come, first-served. If it's outside of the 4-hour cancellation window and you're next on the waitlist, you'll be added to the class automatically if someone cancels. One you're added, our cancellation policy applies. Please check your Mindbody account and make sure that you have checked off the box 'reminders and schedule changes' under your contact information to ensure you get the notifications.
If you've never taken a class at Breathe, or you are returning since re-opening our doors, make sure you come prepared. Download and sign our new waiver and bring it to you first class.
